Rip off

After I prepared the cover sheet and the page that I wanted to fax, i had to pay to send it which is fair, BUT after the payment went through, it asked me to log in, and since I dont want to create an account, I lost my money.
They should tell you that you have to sign up to send and only to obtain a fax number to be able to receive.
