Used to Like It

I have had this app for several years. It has always been slow transmitting a fax but was reliable and reasonably priced. Had to use it recently to fax in some important loan documents. I looked at others but the price on this one was the best. First fax went slow but fine. Second fax, I approved the iTunes charge, iTunes said it went through, and then I got a pop-up saying it did not go through and I had not been charged. There was no draft fax or recond of send so I recreated and tried to send again. App crashed. Reopened and no sent fax so did it again. This time it went.

ITunes bill comes through and I am double charged. Apple team fixes it and 5 days later, I get charged again. Send a note to Crowded Roads and they say I authorized all the charges so tough turkey. Reported priblem to Wpple again and will delete this app.
