Unfortunate user experience
iFax insists that you sign up for the service when you first begin. This would not be an issue if it then automatically sent you an email giving you your password, but this was not the case.
I was trying to send an urgent fax, but the number I was given was not working. I found this out after I had paid to send a fax through iFax. I had to contact the people I was trying to fax to get an alternate phone number. But when I tried using iFax again to use this alternate number, it insisted that I sign in again with a password that i did not have. I sent an email to iFax to obtain the password, but it took them several days to get back to me. By then, I had used an alternate method to send my fax.
