It Just Gets Worse

This app used to kinda work. Never was super reliable and always slow but now the only thing it does well is accept payment. The worst thing Ive tried to use in a long time. Paid twice and tried to send twice today. Never gets past sending. Downloaded a different app and sent the documents again and it went the first time.
This app no longer works!!!!!!!!!
