App works good but started with bad experience.

When I have installed this app, I purchased credits nothing appeared and my apple account was charged, a few times same experience, I spent money for nothing. I have contacted apple support to no avail. I have contacted iFAX support, they were prompt and courteous and added some points but less than half credits for the money I have spent. If youre having issues like that I would suggest you contact iFAX support after one transaction, dont make multiple purchases.
