I positions and other practitioners and government agencies on behalf of my folks who often dont except emails but do except fax. This app is far and away the best such app in the store. The The developers are responsive via email if you have a question anytime. Highly recommended!

Cant use your app. Says to download, I click on that go to iTunes Store open app repeat. It is vicious circle. Jim

Veloce ed efficace

I love using this app. Its so easy to use and dummy proof. Ive used it about five times now and never had a problem and all of my faxes get sent with ease. In fact I would rather use this than to go somewhere to do it because I get a confirmation that it was sent and I get to see what it looks like before it is sent. The quality of the picture that is taken for the attachments when using it with my iPhone is 100%. Highly recommend to anyone who needs to fax on the go!!

Very very difficult to use. Lots of bugs, a neglected app. AVOID this app!

I downloaded an app IFAX never used it, eithin 3 days sent them a message to cancel my subscription, got no reply sent another one 2 days later NO REPLY!!! I GOT CHARGES VIA ITUNES 20$ NOT 18 AS STATED ON THEIR APP AND FOR WHAT??? I DONT KNOW!! APP NEVER USED! EMAIL TO CANCEL SENT TWICE BEFORE NEW SUBSCRIPTION WITHIN RENEWS WITHIN 2 WEEKS!!! AND CHARGED AND OVERCHARGED ON TOP OF THAT!!! IFAX FINALLY RESPONED TO ME TODAY 4/17/17 A WEEK LATE. REPEATING TO ME WHERE I NEED TO GO AND CANCEL....A BUNCH OF SLOW RETARDS WORKING WITH THIS APP I SWEAR!! DID I MENTION??? IFAX DIDNT MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT GIVING ME A REFUND?? I HAVE WASTED MY NERVES, MY TIME AND MONEY ON THESE IDIOTS!!!

This is a great way to send that occasional fax. No hassles, low cost and very easy.

I fax very infrequently, got rid of my fax machine years ago because I never used it. Just spent $.99 to send a fax, a lot more convenient and cheaper than driving to Staples or Kinkos/Fedex.

Ive had a horrible experience with the support staff for this app. I purchased 300 credits, used 100 and the remaining 200 credits disappeared. I contacted support and they insisted the fax I sent cost 300 credits, which is $9.99. I sent proof and screenshots of the cost of the fax, yet they refused to assist or refund. Buyer beware this is a scam.

This app is fantastic. My scanner isnt working so I was wondering how I was going to fix the dilemma...IT SCANNED THE DOCUMENT I NEEDED TO FAX! And it only cost 99¢. Great value! So easy to use! 5/5 stars. Will definitely be using again.

Does not work and no option to turn off auto renew. Went through every single menu item.

Its like the early 90s again. Try to send a fax and hope and pray - all for nought. The price is right, but its not reliable.

Max is dead on about this 2017 release. Sorry we dowloaded this "improved" version, and that there is no "roll-back" release made available. Where have the straightforward screens gone for simply composing your fax, paying for it, then transmitting it? Tapping the "Home" icon on our i-pad doesnt bring up the routine to begin composing a fax; it displays only past faxes sent. Period. Who coded this quirky release claimed to offer improved performance? And--not that it matters now--is this i-pad app still "free". Time to share Maxs response and inform interested others and move on to another, more stable and adequately supported fax app. (Developers here insist on our entering a rating star before theyll accept a review-message. Readers should know we actually rate this product "no stars.")
