Since apple didnt support sending fax then i need this app so much. It helps me a lot in my work. Very nice app, easy to use. Thanks developer that create this app

This app is so awesome, I had no idea I could send faxes from my phone! Ive been driving to FedEx all this time and paying their outrageous fees just to send a piece of paper. This costs only a fraction of the price you would pay in an actual store and you have the option to upload a document already on your phone/cloud/Dropbox OR just take a picture of the document right then and there! Not only that, but when you choose that last option, the app automatically straightens it out for you and adjusts the lighting perfectly. I never leave reviews but I had to in this case because I love this app!

This app is one of the best app for faxing out there. It was created to replace your old bucky fax machine and you just need a smartphone to send . This way is really safe and secure better than email we are using nowadays.

After I prepared the cover sheet and the page that I wanted to fax, i had to pay to send it which is fair, BUT after the payment went through, it asked me to log in, and since I dont want to create an account, I lost my money. They should tell you that you have to sign up to send and only to obtain a fax number to be able to receive.

Very user unfriendly, cover pages are next to impossible set up. I need another app because this one no longer works like it used to

This app was a lifesaver for me. I dont have a fax machine but it worked great on my iPhone. Simple to use, able to upload with a picture and only took a few minutes to send. It also gives you reports on when its delivered! Also its not super expensive like an office store.

I had to fax something and even paid the dollar. I cant till if the fax is sending or what the status is

Very inconsistent app. Error codes are uninformative and its not clear if faxes are sent despite progress bar going to completion. Interface is good, but cant recommend when attaching large files.

When I have installed this app, I purchased credits nothing appeared and my apple account was charged, a few times same experience, I spent money for nothing. I have contacted apple support to no avail. I have contacted iFAX support, they were prompt and courteous and added some points but less than half credits for the money I have spent. If youre having issues like that I would suggest you contact iFAX support after one transaction, dont make multiple purchases.

Does not work properly. Do not send fax with multiple attachments. Has difficulties to connect to the fax line. Continue to ask for paying unsent fax. Very disappointing

I tried to send a fax with German number the app is unable to do so. The number is reachable and calling it sounds pretty much like a fax machine.

I used this app a couple of years ago on my Mac and it worked fine. I needed to send a fax so I bought some credits andI tried for several days on several different devices to get this updated app to send a fax. All failed with "Telephony Error", which doesnt give enough information to properly troubleshoot.. Contacted support and recieved no reply. I would recommend everyone steer clear of iFax.

Sending faxes appears to work well but the minute you subscribe to an incoming phone number you get deluged with nuisance faxes - SPAM - absolutely NOT worth the aggravation!

This tells you that you can receive free unlimited incoming faxes, but when you try to sign up you have to choose a costly monthly plan so you cant even try it out! Very misleading.
