iFax - Send & Receive Faxes App Reviews

iFax used to be my go to fax program. No longer. The re-design totally disabled its usability. I cannot see the faxes that I received in the past, nor am I receiving new fax messages. I just canceled my $17/month subscription and will delete the app from my iPad. What a pity.

Works just as it should!

In 6 months at a cost of $100, I received 1 fax. Unbelievable.

I think IFax works well and is amazing for when you need it Stat on the go!

Many tries... didnt ever load. Spent a little more for another app, but it worked quickly! This one was a waste.

Trying for hours to send fax, but does not send. Had previously worked in Jan 2016, but cannot use it, after spending $$ on credits.....

Wasted .99 to fax 2 pages and the app kept freezing up so it was never sent. Refund would be nice since I never got the chance to use it!!!

Says it will be free, charges you before you can hit send. No place to reset your password. Its like its trying to force you to hook it to Facebook so it gets free advertisement to other people. I hit send, it is still trying to send. Pretty sure the fax is being carried by a carrier pigeon. Dont waste precious minutes of your life dealing with this app

Only issue Im encountering is the app often fails...

I do not recommend this app.

Solved my fax machine woes

I had to send an important fax to MY DOCTOR tonight. I sent the fax 4 TIMES. Each time it hung on "sending". Did my doctor get 4 faxes — or none? Ill have to find out tomorrow. I am SO angry. I NEVER write reviews but I encourage everyone to stay clear of this app.

Easy interface, quick results, and it was a cinch uploading files from different platforms.

This app used to kinda work. Never was super reliable and always slow but now the only thing it does well is accept payment. The worst thing Ive tried to use in a long time. Paid twice and tried to send twice today. Never gets past sending. Downloaded a different app and sent the documents again and it went the first time. This app no longer works!!!!!!!!!

App didnt work. I canceled yet was still charged $$$ for many months, even after emailing Apple support.

The app is complete and you can rely on it to get the job done.

Save my skin two times. Very helpfull app
