plane and simple, the app does not work.

Very disappointed with the app. Spend good money for an inbound number and now I am unable to view or download the fax into email, Evernote or any of the options provided without it crashing. Dont waste your money.

Followed instruction, paid for fax and it did not work. Would like my money back please

This app has the potential to be a life saver, but it is not there yet. It renders you afflicted with a plethora of bugs and a need for repayment after each problem sending a fax. Let alone the money that is wasted, this app is definitely NOT worth the headache!

iFax insists that you sign up for the service when you first begin. This would not be an issue if it then automatically sent you an email giving you your password, but this was not the case. I was trying to send an urgent fax, but the number I was given was not working. I found this out after I had paid to send a fax through iFax. I had to contact the people I was trying to fax to get an alternate phone number. But when I tried using iFax again to use this alternate number, it insisted that I sign in again with a password that i did not have. I sent an email to iFax to obtain the password, but it took them several days to get back to me. By then, I had used an alternate method to send my fax.

I waited 10 minutes and then it said it failed. This is not a fax service.. I paid for nothing

I sent one fax and they charge me $2.5. I think it is way too much.

Authorizing a transaction to send a fax without knowing the cost?? No. Your in-app purchase details list three different prices! This app needs a pop-up at the Send button to show the price that will be charged. And hurry up, I only have two days left to fax my inspection report for my 94 Civic to my insurance company before I lose my insurance and the only way to do that is by fax.

Dont waste your time or money. Works half of the time and over priced. If you need to fax something that badly buy your own machine and pay the line to run it, youll still be ahead in expense.

Not working...poorly tested app. It doesnt even allow to write review, what a sham on app store

3,99 for a Fax, pls dont waists your time!.The apps will charge you 1,39 and then the second fax will be 3,99 ...and so on.

Well, still hasnt worked. I tried for two days now, but it just wont go. It keeps saying "Telephony Error". Im just going to delete the app, keep the money. LOL

Tried for two days to send a fax.... "Telephony error". A few months ago this app worked fantastically. No more.

I paid 1.40$ for 7 credits and I never got the credits! They basically stole my money! Dont use

Sent a fax but upon reviewing the sent fax it seems to have shrunk uploaded images so text isnt as clear. Would have been good to see the actual view of the fax and not just the uploaded images before sending!!

I have used this app to urgently fax documents to a governmental bureau. I paid through in-app iTune account. It gives me a confirmation of (documents are sent). few days later I discovered that nothing has been sent and I lost a bunch of money and reputation. In addition, It asked me to pay through paypal. I dont know why? It took my money and did NOT give me any credits. I complained by email with a copy of paypal receipt. Few days later, They respond that I have to complain through the app support bottom itself. I have tried this several times it always says (ticket failed to send). This is my call to all Apple user: avoid this deceiving app. I have all supporting documents to any apple officials who care about their reputation or their customers hard earned money.

Many weak points I hope they can fix. 1- cover page is compulsory. I cannot send a fax without a cover page. Cover page and other pages do have the ifax company name on it. Some of my customers got confused if what I sent was from ifax company or from my company. 2- I use Japanese text in ( from / to ) fields on cover page. But ifax cover page does not allow Japanese text. Same goes with fields like ( reply , shred, recycle, ... On the cover page). 3- price is a bit expensive for faxing. 4- does not allow receiving faxes. 5- poor quality on attached pictures when sent by fax But overall a good application that allows sending faxes from iPhone. I hope they can work onthese issues

I bought 50 pages fax before, now I changed my iPhone 4S. How can I get back my fax pages??
