iFax - Send & Receive Faxes App Reviews

I paid .99 and it never gave me credit to send a fax. I tried going to their website or reaching cs ang theres no way to contact anyone and actually get a response.

So they dont give you your 7 day free trail, they avoid your messages for help (understanding app), the app is very hard to navigate, and they dont allow you to cancel cuz they never respond which means youll get charged the 17.99 after 7 days.

wow..spend money. Dont send but spend money. Return my money.

Takes your money then refuses to send your fax. No matter what, it just continually times out.

"Free trail" but then you cant get anyone to stop charging your account. Ive sent multiple emails asking them to cancel before my trial was over. I just got yet another $15 charge!

I ended up with two fax numbers-fine user error. But I never got my app that I absolutely need. I ended up paying $35 and still didnt get my fax. This app is useless. Do not waste your money.

I paid for credits to send a fax, the first time it worked great! Now, I try to use it again and it wont connect and keeps timing out (of course I still have credits that I cant use now..)

I purchased credits to send a fax and this app kept saying telephony error...I checked the fax line I was sending my documents to and it was working fine. I tried 10 more times and it did not work at all!!! I contacted support and 3 days later they get back to me saying to update the send to info (which I had done several times)...but 3 DAYS LATER! I thought the purpose of a fax was to get things someone quickly! This app is the absolute worse!! I need my money back!

Like the app very much. The complaints cited in the other reviews are most likely related to id10t errors.

They make you pay for faxing (even though it tells you that you get a free trial) and even though it was a measly $0.99, it makes you jump through hoops and doesnt even end up sending. Apparently theres an issue with spam in my emails inbox (which it forces you to log into, or you have the option of Facebook or LinkedIn). Not worth the time or frustration, especially since I was trying to fax an important document (payment for a speeding ticket that is now going to be past due, thanks to the failure to get the app to send an actual fax). In hindsight, I should have faxed this important document a week ago instead of waiting for the last minute, but with the technology available to me at my fingertips, I didnt think it would be a big deal to download an app to send a fax. I was wrong. Dont get the app. It is so much more frustrating than necessary. If it had worked, and it had been free to fax, I would have given it a glowing review because of how seemingly easy it was to upload photos from your phone and click send. Skip it.

I should have read reviews. This app doesnt work. Faxs do not come through legible at all. Contacted customer support. They did respond but werent helpful basically told me the fax was fine.

I spent $3.99 twice to send a fax and neither time the fax worked or went through. I opened a ticket and emailed their customer service but have not heard anything back in almost a week. Waste of money and time!

I keep trying to like this app.. I have downloaded it three different times in hopes the bugs are resolved but to no avail. I have sent several faxes successfully but more often than not the app gets stuck, displays time out errors, log in errors.. it is constant frustration. I bought credits and now cannot access them. So frustrating. Going with a different app.

After spending ten minutes to download app, fill out all the information, create cover page, scan fax, sign and finalize document.... Press "send" only to be prompted to pay a .99 fee to send a single fax. Waste of time.

Bought the app and it did not work I went to send the fax and all it did was try to make me spend more money not going to happen just give me my money bak

It used to work fine, but recently I tried to fax and it didnt send it. Still billed me $4.99 (requested and received a refund from Apple for that). And it keeps giving me a notification that I have an unsent fax, but its nowhere to be seen in the app. Then iFax asked me to write a review, so here it is.

Looks nice, works well and does not crash. Very intuitive with great functionality. I tried other better rated apps but came back running to this one. Thanks, developers!

Easy Breezy! Compared to other e-faxes Ive tried (2 others) Im such a non tech person.....

I have had this app for several years. It has always been slow transmitting a fax but was reliable and reasonably priced. Had to use it recently to fax in some important loan documents. I looked at others but the price on this one was the best. First fax went slow but fine. Second fax, I approved the iTunes charge, iTunes said it went through, and then I got a pop-up saying it did not go through and I had not been charged. There was no draft fax or recond of send so I recreated and tried to send again. App crashed. Reopened and no sent fax so did it again. This time it went. ITunes bill comes through and I am double charged. Apple team fixes it and 5 days later, I get charged again. Send a note to Crowded Roads and they say I authorized all the charges so tough turkey. Reported priblem to Wpple again and will delete this app.

Not user friendly, fax was not legible on receiving end..
