Thought it would of been convenient but ended up being a waste of time and money. Took my money without faxing the documents then asks to purchase 5 pages again when your previous fax never sent or was incomplete when sent, after previewing all pages attached for the intended fax. Could be better..

Needed to send an urgent document to the government. Done in less than 5 minutes for .99 cents. Less than what Staples would have charged me..

Quick to take the money but dont send the fax. The document scanner produces images the are illegible.

Took my money never sent the fax, and it happened three times! ifax should not charge customers until pages are sent! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

They have a very unresponsive and bad user support while the app has lots of bugs. I can say their user support is zero.

The app worked well for me but at 99 cents a fax, I find that it a bit expensive. Otherwise I wouldve given it 5 stars.

Used once and every day get at least 2 unsolicited faxes trying to sell stuff Definitely not renewing and deleting app

Super easy to use, same price as sending a fax anywhere else, but I didnt leave my living room :)

I sent a 27 page fax today and it worked fine. I cost $5.99 for 30 pages but it sure beats tracking down a fax machine!

Trying to attach an image to send as a fax is a pain! To get IFax to recognize uploading a photo from library takes trickery, then attaching the file doesnt load and save, then it freezes the application. Dont use IFax if you intend to try and send faxed items that have not previously been scanned physically!

You will have problems unless you sign up for monthly fees

Incoming fax numbers wont load. Its too expensive.

This is a great App. I had to send an urgent fax and found this online. Very easy, and the company is able to be reached. (Imagine), finally a live contact and not a call centre. Kudos to ifax!! They responded quickly to my email. Highly recommend.

Dont waste your time they take your money before sending fax and if it is not working tough luck they keep your money

Service works very well, however at a $1.19 for 5 pages in my opinion it is too much. Should be around around 5¢ - 10¢/page; especially if your only sending 1 page.

It doesnt work but you will still be charged for faxes that are not sent. Scam.

more than 20$ each month is really too expensive

I have used it a few times, take a while to send a multi page document. Tried using it today during work hours and i get we are updating our servers , please try again in 30 minutes. After an hour still same message. Who updates servers during business hours????
