iFax - Send & Receive Faxes App Reviews

You are only allowed to find out it does not fax to extensions after you pay the dollar fax. I downloaded another faxing app that was free and worked with phone numbers with extentions.

I looking for about app as ifax . It is a very good app it helps me to send snd receve fax by using my iphone .

As of late, the app crashes continuously. Tech support is really no help. Used to be a decent app, yet, like everything, once the money is made on the apps they could care less. I deleted this app after it crashing during an important transfer. In my profession, need something more reliable. Garbage!!

I needed to send a fax and tried using IFax. The fax seemed to sit for a long time with the status saying "sending". This was over wi fi. The photo of the text in the fax was also not very clear. Then I had a "brainstorm". I called the person I was trying to fax my document to and asked them if I took a picture of it would that be acceptable. They said as long as they could read the text no problem. Then I thought isnt that what a fax is? How stupid am I for paying someone .99 for the app and another . 99 cents to send my photo? Faxes are obsolete along with all the " fax software apps" out there. Just take a photo with your phone and send it.

Serious waste of money and no easy way to unsubscribe.

I have purchased a year subscription For my business. I was unable to receive any faxes . I emailed And requested help as directed on I fax site, the response was slow and without full resolution or apologies of any kind . After some time I was able to have a few weeks of service. Still under contract and again no service Im waiting now for a refund!

Saw a positive review in a reputable trade magazine from years ago, perhaps service has changed. They accepted my money for an initiation fee and month subscription, but then I couldnt choose a fax number, it kept saying "please try after some times" which isnt even correct English. I sent a message via their in app message and it doesnt save the messages and you get no automated response that they received it. Established what I thought was an account but it says my email is wrong and when I try to reset the password, no reset link is sent to my email as promised. I have been trying to get this to work all day for 10 hours and it hasnt worked. Yet they took my money. Not a well functioning app and poor support. Website has no way to contact them either.

Paid $1 for a fax (which was ok because I only needed to fax one thing) but it didnt send. Would love that $1 back

This app does not work. Used to work well, but now appears to be unsupported. Impossible to troubleshoot problems, no way to reach support except via "feedback". Most of the "feedback" on the help portion of the website is SIX YEARS OLD!!! Removed the app from my phone!

Like it so far. Im waiting to receive one back to see if it works Please if possible reimburse the money. These app never worked I had to go to office max to Fax the document after over 20 attempts. big F!!! Failed!! Thank you!

This app is an example of how something that could be used for good can degenerate to something terrible. Im surprised that Apple would have anything to do with the makers of creators of this app.

It used to work…now it doesn’t. COMPLETELY unreliable.

Terrible app. I was charged for a months service but I am unable to sign-in to use the service. When I try to sign-in with my email address, I get the message, "enter a valid email address". Then when I try to re-register my email, I get the message, "email already registered". I have been charged through iTunes but do not have access to the services.

Poor, terrible service. Had to pay numerous times to send 1 fax that never went through... Total rip off that doesnt deserve any stars

Worst app ever. It will not let me sign in. It says invalid email even when I tried 3 different emails. Now it has charged me to send a fax that never went thru

I have tried using this app several times. You are charged up front for sending a fax, but in my experience the faxes fail to go through more times than not. Of course youve already been charged for the fax.

This release has failed to resolve editing, auto-word wrap, on the comment section. It still details to Canada when sending to a US number. Inexcusable issues that still plague the fundamental functionality of this app

The first 2 times I used this app I though, "This is so amazingly awesome! What a lifesaver!" Fast forward to the next time and my fax rotted in the app along with my money. I never got a refund (got tired of running circles just for a little more than a buck). STILL I gave the benefit of the doubt thinking my files were too big, bad connection... Yadda yadda. Fast forward AGAIN as I am stuck at the car rental because they need me to fax my electric bill (thats a whole other review for a jacked service) and this app leaves me hanging, .99 broker and FUMING. DONT DOWNLOAD

IVE BEEN TRYING TO SEND URGENT FAXES WITH THS APP AND IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. THEY CHARGED ME FOR THEIR SERVICES BUT DID NOT DELIVER. DO NOT USE THIS APP, IT IS VERY VERY BAD AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
